• How do I see the prices?

  Before you see any pricing, we require that you complete the Sign Up form. After completing this form, all pricing will be available to you when you are Logged In.

• What are points?

  Points are accumulated after you make purchases on the website. You get points when orders are shipped.

  • For every $1.00 you spend, you get 400 points.
  • For every approved product review you post, you get 2000 points.
  • Use 10000 points for $1.00 in savings.
  • Save up to 5% on items.

  To use the points, check the box during the checkout process. You may only spend points you have previously earned for discounts on new orders.

• How can I track my order?

  If we ship your order UPS, then the tracking number is visible online. Click (Track) by the order you want to see from the My Account page. Also, UPS should automatically email you the tracking information when they pickup the order from us.

• What is your return policy?

  Our return policy can be found on the Return Information page.

  
  
• How long do shipments take?

  We ship orders Monday - Friday at 4:00 PM Central Time by UPS.
  This is a map of the UPS Ground transit time.
  
  To get more accurate shipment information, use the UPS website.
